This is a temporary website designed to provide the VET sector with immediate access to professional development resources. 3. Pamphlets

Three pamphlets area available for your distribution, either electronically or in hard copy. One is for learners, one for employers and one for your colleagues within the RTO.

The Print version is for sending to your professional printer, to make high quality hard copies. The Web version is for emailing out and for reading on screen. The Web versions also provide a good printed copy.

4. Project background, model and PD strategy

As background, the overall aims of the NQC project were to:

1.   Establish and pilot an approach or model for assessing and reporting on employability skills in Training Packages. The model developed is available here:

2.   Develop a professional development (PD) strategy and associated resources for implementing the approach in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. Key components of the PD strategy are set out in the Appendix in each of the following two resources:
